WCSU Blue Ribbon Teacher Evaluation System - The Blue Ribbon Teacher Evaluation System was developed in 1996. Its original purpose was to build an evaluation system based on the Vermont Standards for Educators. The Blue Ribbon document allows for all teachers to develop annual Professional Growth Plans and to be on a summative, self, peer and teacher re-licensure cycle. In 2007, WCSU Blue Ribbon Committee updated the Blue Ribbon document.
